Background Notes

In addition to being an ordained minister, Paul Cater Deaton is an award-winning writer, producer, director, cinematographer, photojournalist and emcee. He is also a trained actor with a background in theater, film and television. Based on Galveston Island, he works all over the world. His body of work includes serving as principal underwater cinematographer with the Emmy Award-nominated cinematography team for the Season 25 premiere episode of The Amazing Race.
